Returns & Exchanges

These items are made with so much love, and we know you'll love them too. But, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money.

Returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email us at hi@acesandos.com with your original order information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hi@acesandos.com.

Shipping labels for returned or exchanged items will not be provided. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We want you to be so so happy with your purchase. It's our top commitment. If an error was made on our part, we'll do what we can to fix it! Thanks for your support! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
